Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.
We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
